My First Installation

These are pictures from my first Job's Daughters installation. Because, hehe im cool like that, i got the chance to serve as Honored Queen two terms in a row. Well actually it was because my bethel wanted me to serve two terms so i gladly accepted it!!! This was a really rewarding day!!!!

Fun Shooting My Gun!!!!

So these were all taken on Easter Sunday. The best thing about living on a ranch, is that you can basicly go out in your backyard and do just about anything. :) hehe. anyways, this day was really fun. we first started out just shooting pop bottles and tires and such. and then i got to shoot my dads big pistle. i hopefully one day will master shooting the 454 casule. on our way back, we saw a bunch of squeekies, so we thought it would be fun to shoot some. wow, i thought i was stupid!!! those things just stood there and even after they heard and smelled their "brothers" die, just stood there!!! forgive me, but, wouldnt you get the HECK outta there? hmm idk. but there was this one that we shot in the head and it flopped around for along time before it finally died, it was pretty great!!!!

Be Yourself!!!

So for this project, we had to imitate a picture we liked. I chose this one. The theme of this picture is to be different. Just because everyone is doing something, doesnt mean you have to be just like them. Just be yourself!!!!

Prom Night!!!!

haha this is me and Aylsia, who i still love more!!! :) but anyways, this is prom night, which was way fun!!!! YAY. Mikayla, Alysia and I all decided to wear our converse to prom just for fun. the best part was, it was comfortable and i didnt have to deal with uncomfortable heels yay!!!! and also it made me shorter than my date!!!! :)

Low and High ISO

For these we had to take high and low ISO. ISO is where one picture with the higher ISO has the clearer view. The lower ISO has a less clear picture. The low ISO produces a more grainy and blurry picture.

Slow Shutter Speed

For this assignment we had to take 2 pictures of us using slow shutter speed. We had to demonstrate how to use a slow shutter while still making it look cool. For my pictures I chose to use a water fountain, and someone waving. I chose these because I wanted the water to have a blurred look. I tried a few different shots. On one of them I decided to just take one of a single squirt. On a different one, we decided to do many little squirts to see what it would do. Some blended together to make it look like a single squirt, and others looked like the squirt went off into nowhere. For the waving one we tried a few different ones as well. I wanted one to be of just one of Cheyenne’s and Brenda’s hands. For the other one, I wanted two. These turned out a little different than I planned but they still looked cool.

My Miss Wyoming Job's Daughter

ok for those of you who dont know, my best friend Sarrong McIff is currently MWJD(Miss Wyoming Job's Daughter). Job's Daughters is a girls organization. It teaches great things and it is a wonderful thing for any girl around the age of 10 who is interested in having a great time. Anyways, Sarrong ran for MWJD and WON!!! I am so proud of her and so happy to call her my Cookie Monster!!![inside joke :) ]
